Central Police Organisation Recruitment - 42422 Constable Vacancy


Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has invited the application for recruitment to the posts of Constable in Central Police Organisation (CPO) under Ministry of Home Affairs. These posts of Constable (General Duty) Male and Female are to be filled in the following para military forces.


Border Security Force (BSF)


Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)


Indo Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP)


Shastra Seema Bal (SSB)


Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)


Constable (General Duty)


No. of Posts : 42422 (Male - 39574, Female - 2848)


Age Limit : 18 - 23 years


Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 - 20200/-, Grade Pay - Rs. 2000/-

Interested and eligible candidates who wish to make career with Central Police Organisation i.e. BSF, CRPF, ITBP, CISF & SSB as a Constable they can apply against the above posts either online or offline i.e. by post. Selection of candidates for the posts of Constable will be done on the basis of written test, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Medical Examination.
